If you are looking for unprofessional and lack of confidentiality, then Interlinked counseling is the place for you. D’Anthony is more concerned with name-dropping his clients than providing confidential services. On multiple occasions, he shared individuals' names and how he provided counseling services for her child. Only several months later, I got asked about the services he provided for my daughter by an individual who should not have had knownledge of that information. But D’Anthony would rather brag about his client list than address the poor customer service from his staff, the inability to resolve schedule/billing issues, and the reasons why clients are leaving his practice. Having your credential does not afford ayou the right to show little regard to any individual. Mental health is a very delicate topic and your approach is why people struggle to seek help.

I was attempting to make an appointment when I was asked to be put on hold. I assume they do not have a hold button that mutes them from being heard. The receptionist started talking to the therapist and the conversation was inappropriate given the patient you're speaking of is on the phone AND can hear what you're saying. By the way, I never said that we "wanted a black man", the matter never even came up. Absolutely terrible. This is the reason a lot people of color don't go to therapy. You can't trust some of these therapist! Dodged a mistake with this one!
