For a facility this new and making as much money as it does, the restrooms are in a sad state of disrepair! Some stalls are out of service, some doors don’t lock and hand dryers blow freezing cold air! I would think you could do better.

Facilities are clean and there is a great variety of machines. Classes and instructors are challenging but fun. Great neighborhood gym but also centrally located making a few extra miles drive totally worth it!

If you're looking for a serious sports performance complex with knowledgeable trainers, physical therapists, and competitive individuals, this is the place for you!

Want to lift with your shirt off, no problem! Don't want the typical commercial gym where everyone is on the cell phone instead of moving weight, get over to Impact!

Great facility!! I transitioned gyms and have been going for about 6months now. The staff is beyond amazing and super helpful. I used to do my own workouts during open gym time (which was never crowded) and the equipment is always so clean & organized. I'm starting to participate in more group classes and feel so welcome. The members here are amazing. If you go at the same time you really start to recognize faces; it's a great community!
I highly recommend stopping by and checking it out. There are so many different classes to try or courts to use.

Kari is my personal trainer since 3 years now and I always look forward to it. With her guidance I improved my physical condition with ease. Whether you're a D1 Athlete, triathlete, Spartan or weekend warrior - Impact has the classes and coaches for you - It really is a one stop shop. CrossFit, strength, circuit training, yoga, Barre & full boxing area, only limitation is you.
Three separate weight rooms, full turf area for indoor sprints in the winter months, amazing staff and a class for any fitness level.

This was my first crossfit experience and I was a bit nervous. I can't say how much the folks at Impact welcomed me and made me feel comfortable. It was a relief that I really didn't have anything to be nervous about as everyone was so encouraging and kind! I enjoy all of Impact's classes-strength, crossfit, yoga- and am so thrilled I've joined the team!
