If this place could get negative stars, I would totally give it to them. Horrible service, horrible atmosphere, and learn some basic customer service. Do not waste your money here.

The management here is terrible. I went in for my intake and the senior lady was so rude and unprofessional. This is a place of business and that elder was just bad. The way she treated her staff was so belittling. I feel sorry for the people that work here and honestly the workers are great, the management is Terrible. Learn some manners and treat humans with respect, maybe you’ll get some in return.

If I could give a 0 I would. These people are rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They do not care about you, your situation, or circumstances. After back and forth with them, not calling me back , telling me to reschedule, then saying that a refund can only be done by the director. I was told the director would call me back. After 3 attempts of calling and no phone call I showed up asking for the director they told me to sit and wait, I did, when the director was done she came to me and said that it's by appointment only. I told her how when I have been having problems with you guys from the beginning, you guys dodge me not call me and now not giving my refund. She refused to talk to me and said she would call the cops I was not confrontational, I was asking for respect and my money back. 😤 this is one of the worst experiences in my life. Legally you can do the classes online with the proper licenses and accreditation. Do not give them your money. Please everyone should be treated with respect and dignity.

Staff very unfriendly!! Unprofessional does not follow their own guidelines. Also a racist enviroment I would not recommend this location to anyone. They just want to take your money.

I showed up here today at just before 10am. The Google hours say 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and that they are open. This place never tells their clients if they are randomly closing on a day for a meeting or anything else. I walked up to the door and was told by a guy that no women were there for me to take a UA and that they were about to have a store meeting.

I told him that they should update their hours on Google for people who don't have money to go around everywhere. This morning I updated their Friday hours on Google myself to 10:00 a.m. because they do not open until 10:00 a.m. on Fridays but never told anyone that!

I went back to my car and watched him walk to his car! I believe he lied to me which is completely unacceptable. How are people supposed to be successful with probation when the people running these places don't care at all?!?

Edit: Giving 4 stars now only because DAISY is the one who helps me most times I go in here! She makes it easy to get my UAs done fast. I only go to this place because I feel comfortable with you!! I appreciate you!

I am still annoyed by not notifying customers of the proper hours though. You should care about being courteous to people who have to pay a lot.

This facility is more dysfunctional than the court system. They will attempt to make your life miserable. They keep inaccurate records. This in turn makes the domestic violence data appear more successful than it actually is. I suggest having a therapist throughout your time here to help process all the contradicting obstacles that you’ll go through. Throughout treatment, you will be forced to admit that you trust this company and the state appointed counselors that work here, all while being lied to. My advice, do not be vulnerable with these folks they will use every piece of sacred information against you. It’s a very superficial environment. The real deep work and rehabilitation will not happen inside these walls.

This place is toxic starting with the front desk staff they literally don't care for you here, you will get better treatment and respect in jail let's just say that. The director of this place is manipulative has no respect for anyone by degrading anyone she can, just by your first phone call to this place and the way they answer should tell you enough I doubt anyone has ever learned anything in the "classes" they have everyone is walking on egg shells here all of the staff gossip about clients behind their backs. On my last week of "class" i was discharged for standing my ground and recognizing their vindictive behavior towards me same with another individual that was in the same "class" as I was she got 6 more sessions added to her sentence all because she laughed during "class" DO NOT COME HERE BEWARE these people set you up for failure for them to look like heros they walk around thinking they are the law I would not waste my time here this place is trash and I hope they get shut down immediately!!!!!!!
