Never in my life have I ever dealt with such a disorganized temp service in my entire life. I have worked in this field, and know when someone isn’t doing their job properly. On 3 separate occasions I’ve tried getting a job. I went in there at 8am, was told that I needed to schedule an interview online only I couldn’t schedule one there in person and that they don’t allow walk ins. I went home, scheduled an interview, and then went to the interview. My ID was expired but I had proof that it in fact wasn’t expired and had the receipt showing a new one was ordered. The lady wouldn’t accept the receipt as proof and said I had to go to the DDS, despite me ordering the new one online. Okay sure. Went and got a paper copy from the DDS, and had to schedule ANOTHER interview that was a week later than the original date I scheduled before I was sent away. Okay fine. I go into the interview, and am told by the front coordinator that there are 30 other candidates scheduled for interviews today, and that the first 15 people that arrived would be rescheduled for Thursday at the same time. I have not received a confirmation email, did not do a drug screen, and was sent away. Ladies. If you don’t have any jobs, there is a way to say it without saying it. You’re wasting these people’s time. You’re extremely disorganized. It also seems like your recruiters are lazy and don’t want to verify/process candidates when they are 100% capable of doing so. Signed- a previous recruiter. It also seems like none of the staff works a proper 8-5 when there’s only ever been a receptionist 1 out of the 3 times I’ve been there. If you’re hiring let me know. Seems like this place could use some good whipping into shape. Please consider other staffing agencies before this one.

The intake process was seamless. The staff is very helpful. I applied online and had a same day interview. I was asked to submit a drug test and fill out paperwork on the spot. I began working at Yamaha with great pay one week later! I highly recommend the service!!

I love this company, every time I've come in I've had great experiences with my employers at Hire Dynamics. They really make you feel like a coworker and a friend. Unlike so many of those "other" staffing companies. Thanks to Seth for always being kind, attentive, and hard working for putting in the effort to actually place me. Seriously this place is the best, I'd rate it a 11/10 because yall rock!!!

I had an issue with my pay due to the place I am working for making an error. The Hire Dynamics staff worked with me to quickly resolve the issue and explain everything to me so that I understood exactly what was going on. The staff is friendly, professional, and very easy to talk to. I'm was very happy to work with them during my job search and I would definitely use them again.

This place is honestly pretty sweet and the staff here are on top of it. The rep who was helping me today, Seth is that guy. Energetic, helpful,and full of life. It was nice having him help me through the process today. Very understanding and could empathize/sympathize with the employees that can in. Solid 5 stars folks
