I genuinely wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked my session with Lauren, but it was absolutely incredible. Not only does Lauren make you feel comfortable and supported, but she truly seems interested in your well being. Her questions prior to the session were thoughtful and allowed her to individualize the treatment. I left the session feeling amazing, but I must say it was the next morning when I realized how impactful the treatment had been. I cannot recommend Lauren enough. She has a true gift.

Lauren is an incredible human and healer! She's intuitive and caring and I felt 100% taken care of while in her care. I've received a Thai massage from her which left me feeling invigorated, open and relaxed as well as Abdominal Therapy which was absolutely phenomenal! For someone with a lot of abdominal pain and discomfort I left feeling much better immediately and lighter and less bloated as the days and weeks passed by. Lauren is just fantastic in so many ways. Being being just a lovely human, she is someone who is truly embodied and therefore has strong intuitive abilities.

Abdominal massage can be really weird at first as it's often a place many other massage therapists skip or overlook but I got at much benefit from this work. I immediately walked away feeling like my psoas had released a bit and that there was an openness in my belly I don't ever feel. She sends you a graphic so that you can continue to do this massage at home and I've been feeling some chronic lymph swelling I have receding. It's also a huge tension relief for someone like me who holds much of my emotional body in my stomach.

I have been seeing Lauren for a bit now for Thai Massage, so when she began offering Abdominal Therapy I had to give it a shot. I had surgery and a few other issues that led to some tightness/fascia etc in my core that was creating a lot of problems with my posture and stiffness over the past year, so I was eager to have them addressed! The session was very relaxing, and such a safe space. Lauren's guidance and encouragement through the session helped me to understand her process and communicate with her to work through the tough spots. I left feeling a full body high, and looser than I'd felt in ages! The next few days I could feel my posture adjusting and my abdominal muscles were so relaxed (less guarding and tension). Hands down one of the best massages I have ever received (and I get them monthly!). Lauren is extremely grounding and has a gentle, intuitive touch. But don’t let the gentleness fool you, she is incredibly strong and will put your body to work in ways you didn’t know you needed it. I walked out of there feeling like a brand new person!!
