I’d give zeros stars if I could…. Most unprofessional, unorganized and mismanaged clinic ever.
No one ever answers the phone and if they happen to, they will put you on hold for so long that you eventually hang up.
I sat on hold for 35 min then they hung up on me. I called back got put on hold again for 45 min then my phone dropped the call. I called back told her I’m not going on hold I’ve been on hold for over an hour now and she’s says I’ll be with you in a moment and have been on hold for 24 min now…
How do they have anyone coming in if they don’t even allow u to make an appointment!!

Worst service. No joke I’ve called 10 times in one day and no answers my calls, and when they happened to answer they hang up right away. Can’t leave a voice message because the voice message is full. Very infuriating because I can’t even go in personal because I work in a different city and by the time I get to yucca the office is closed. 😡

Not organized, opens late not knowing where the doctor's going to be at. Making patients jump from facility to facility. Schedule patient to come in early and they're not even open. Very unprofessional.

This place could be decent, if they would just stick to the scheduled appts. i understand things happen, but like right now, i have still not heard about my lab results on a biopsy that was done 3 weeks ago and i’m constantly being told to just “call the next day” to speak to someone who can read me them for a week straight and it’s just ridiculous. Not to mention as well i couldn’t even contact a doctor about some concerns i was having during my healing process and i’m a very young female so it scary. The doctors are sweet for the most part and helped me be as comfortable as possible but this whole place can still use some help. I’m furious about the very little help i was given and i know it’s not everyone fault but this is also my health, which also i wasn’t told much about my after care and had a dr from a different office help me with whatever she could.

I have never experienced the incompetency and unprofessionalism at a doctor office before until I went to this one! The old lady doctor is very rude and shouldn’t be as a doctor at all! She is so unprofessional and don’t know half of what she be talking I’m taking legal action on the doctor because she doesn’t need to be a doctor!! Now days anyone can be a doctor and don’t know what the hell they’re doing or talking about. Don’t go there I believe the doctor name was Christina !! Very rude and aggressive she needs to be fired!

I would give this office and it's staff a 5 star. I have been going to Colin Drew for 5 years now. He is kind, caring and always takes the time to talk with you and you never feel like you are taking up his time. He is always willing to go the extra mile and makes you feel like a person and not just a name. The staff always greets you with smiles and a "Good Morning" The back office staff is totally wonderful also. I feel very at home. I have recommended this office and Drew to many of my friends and will continue to do so.

Nearly every time I have gone in and seen doctor Drew Colin he has treated me as if I am the last patient of the day and he could give a damn. I am legitimately concerned with what is going on and he fails to put in orders for testing... Near constantly. And yes. I call the places. They inform me they never get the orders. This last time he even confused me with another patient and I never got a chance to correct this as he did so while leaving the room. He is a nice guy... But he needs to take his patients more seriously. My condition has worsened over the time I have been trying to figure this out and get these tests. I understand that working in a clinic means you do see your fair share of people who simply want pills... But... You still must take every case seriously. Do your job. Help your patients to the best of your ability.

If I could do a separate rating to the Nurses that work there, especially Ebony, it would be full stars! They go above and beyond to listen and make sure to write everything down, confirm it, and even pick up the slack when the ball is severely dropped. One time we were waiting nearly an hour for Colin to come back into the room for test orders. A nurse found them and brought them in... And I would forgive this had we not been one of maybe 3 or 4 people in the clinic that morning. The nurses there are top notch. Kind, caring and above all they treat everyone with respect. There used to be a doctor there that was amazing, Katerina. So sad she left.
