This is going to be an unusual review. Why? Because this is a review of a place where I didn't go. I called to try to get treatment for tennis elbow. The person there, Lauren, went above and beyond to help me, going into detail about how the billing would go with my insurance company. She then referred me to another place, also forwarding my doctor's orders there as well. If that's not fantastic customer service, I don't know what is. Typically, businesses are "top down", meaning that great customer service and how we treat and serve people begins at the very top. Given this, I have no doubt that this place is utterly fantastic.

After breaking my wrist and having surgery to repair, I was referred to Eric, a Certified Hand Therapist. In one month, he helped me progress from “I can’t” to feeling confident in regaining flexibility and strength. He was knowledgeable, caring and supportive throughout the process.
Appointments were confirmed by email and always on time.
The waiting area is inviting and office staff friendly. Thank you for the excellent care!

Everyone at this facility is genuinely and deeply committed to the care of their patients. All of the receptionists are cheerful and welcoming, and if you're lucky enough to get Eric he's an amazing physical therapist. You're in good hands here!

I wish all medical offices operated the way Hi-Desert Medical Center Rehabilitation does. Everyone here is welcoming and friendly. These things are important and go a long way. My physical therapist is so knowledgeable. I am happy I decided to go through with physical therapy. Please open a location in 29 Palms accepting a myriad of insurance plans!

I felt like me walking again wasn't a possibility but because of Vivian now I feel it's a chance.
I never felt that way since losing my leg and having some spinal damage. Vivian being my pt and pushin me I'm very thankful for her. Hope I make her proud of me.

Best therapists ever. They are all very pleasant, thorough and good at what they do. The therapists are kind and caring. I've been here at least five different times throughout the years and I've never been disappointed. I've always made good progress if I worked hard and followed their homework. Thanks guys and girls for all u do. Eric is awesome so is Lou..everyone TY.
