Bought 3 pairs of shoes back in December from here. One pair of my hokas that i have maybe worn for a couple of weeks the bottom of the shoe came lose. They would not return because I've worn them outside. Wouldn't buy from here if you happen to have a defect in a shoe you buy here.

I'm still awaiting something I ordered 8/8. I'm being told it has been delivered. To what damn address, I sure as hell never received my item. I've been in the store twice and chatted several times with no help whatsoever. Your customer service sucks!! In store and online. They all need refresher training.

It was great Hibbets was having a lucky shoe sale which if it was your size u were lucky they didn't have my size but I went ahead and bought some for the women's Oxford house sober living they really came in handy and I'm thankful the young lady Shanely was very nice and helpful I will be back that's for sure.
