As others have stated no issue with the firearm I bought the rebate offer is the problem and everyone should understand before buying. HK has a $150 off shopping at HK with a gun purchase. I bought, thinking I could shop at HK No, you can only shop a specific site that has nothing I want. I bought the gun thinking I would be able to buy an attachment I had picked out but no. Joe at customer service was no help. Buyer beware

This is an odd company.

Their firearms are first class, just a little expensive. Five stars for their product.

Their customer service rates only one star. They offer a rebate but put onerous conditions on the benefits. They sell off their website but takes weeks to get it shipped.

I am unsure what the future will bring. The customer service is so poor that I may not by a fourth HK firearm. Their products are all excellent. It just isn't worth the trouble.

I have four HK firearms and they are all superbly constructed and accurate. HK has been one of the leaders in small arms development for the past 70 years. While innovative they have been struggling to keep up with other manufacturers such as SIG as of late. With restrictions from german laws, bias from German officials, fines for exporting firearms to places like Mexico, a hurt reputation from the G36 accuracy problems reported (proven false) as well as statements such as "Not for poors" from social media posts, the company has a lot to overcome. Regardless, the quality of their product is second to none and with promising future contracts it's likely HK will be back on top in no time.

Absolutely amazing company. I picked up an SP5 pistol yesterday and it was unfortunately missing the sling that ships standard with the gun. Called these guys and inside of 5 minutes they started a replacement order and were generous enough to throw in a free magazine. Way to go HK!

Bought a P30. Took it out for practice 3 times and it jammed every time. Tried 4 different types of ammo. The last time it jammed, I couldn't extract the shell casing and called H&K in GA. They immediately began blaming "cheap ammo". I sent it to them (including the list of ammo fired) and waited weeks until they finally sent an email saying it was done. They said it was jammed because it was dirty and because it was a steel ammo casing instead of brass. How dirty can a pistol be that's only been fired about 200 rounds total since new? And why should it matter if the casing is steel? With ammo hard to find, I shot what I could get and anyway, I think it should be able to fire anything within reason. If it won't, the manual should say something about it. We'll see if it works any better when I get it back after sending it off three weeks ago. In the meantime, this review has more to do with rude customer service and people more interested in protecting an image and hyping their marketing than backing the product.

I purchased a pre owned hkvp9, it is the second hk handgun I've owned the first was 40cal.usp variant 1 over 20 years ago, I'm an Hk man from here on I have a sigp320 too but Hkvp9 has sold me all my future handgun purchases, they are in a class with 1911s cz 75 hats off thumbs-up!

I recently sent my 45C over to have an LEM trigger installed and spoke with Tim who was super cool and helpful. My gun came back perfect in exactly one week. Could not be happier and I will be recommending HK’s to all my friends and family.

Just outstanding. Purchased a VP9sk and had a mushy trigger reset. I was a bit bummed that I bought a new gun and had to send it right back, but that kind of stuff happens regardless of the manufacturer. Nobody is perfect. But the good part was HK sent me a shipping label to overnight the gun to them, fixed it within 1 day, then overnighted the gun back to me. I was only without my gun for 3 days. I knew HK was good, but I wasn't expecting them to be this good.
