Nadia Padurets, LMFT, LPCC was an absolute delight to work with. She is patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. She really helped me to understand the underlying reasons of how trauma effects the brain, how we work through it, and she was incredibly helpful for all the questions I constantly threw her way. I really appreciate the way Nadia ensures my comfort in every session and the way she candidly approached every problem. I highly recommend her as a therapist.

Nadia supported me and my wife twice during two different life transitions. I have gone through years of therapy with a few different people before finally finding Nadia. If you're under the impression that finding a new therapsit is hard work - you're not wrong, it is! But look no further because Nadia is THE BEST. We worked together for nearly a year and a half and though I know mental health for me is a journey, I am grateful for the tools that shes given me to continue to work through my particular circumstances on my own. She has a particularly keen sense of empathy and understanding that is far too hard to find in most therapists. Her nuturing spirit and calm, humourous demanour make her support in trauma therapy particularly helpful, effective, and nonintimidating. I am forever grateful for the time I have speant growing with her and no longer fear opening up to therapists!

She truly cares about her clients and is constantly doing her own research and homework to be able to understand and meet her clients needs. Nadia has helped my husband and so much. I highly recommend her because it is so hard to find a good therapist that provides the quality of services that Nadia provides. She is compassionate and cares about the quality of work that she provides. This is by far one of the best investments my husband and I have made. No relationship is perfect and we are always trying to make improvements after being married for 10 years. Nadia has really helped us reach our goals as a couple. She is amazing and I don't think you will regret scheduling your therapy sessions.
