Frank Boutelle is experienced, polite, well-informed and helpfully honest when he needs to be. He did a complete evaluation of my physical, cognitive and driving skills. We then went through a very instructive tour of his nearly 30 examples of the latest hand controls, followed by thorough drives, testing two of the most promising systems for my needs. The result is that I'll be able to make the appropriate choice and a good investment. There are very few people in this business, and I can't imagine anyone better. Very grateful for his smarts and his time.

I'm always apprehensive to discuss my disability but I was immediately put at ease by Franks' professional, friendly nature. I was further put at ease as I learned about how long this man has been doing this as well as the scale and scope of disabilities which he has helped people overcome.

The 'written' portion of my eval/training was tedious, as such things tend to be, but Frank was fair, thorough % helpful. My behind-the-wheel' training, as well as being enjoyable and educational, was unbelievably safe as Frank was able to anticipate when & how I would struggle with the adaptive equipment.

Frank Boutelle, the owner of this business, put my life in danger on 10/11/22.

On 10/11/22 I drove my handicapped friend to meet with Frank Boutelle in Corona CA. My friend was there to be evaluated by Mr. Boutelle for the driving services that the company provides.
Everything seemed to be going well until the end of the eval and before the on- hands driving training. While still in the office, Mr. Boutelle began talking about politics and how the Democratic’s are ruining America. My friend and I began a friendly debate with Mr. Boutelle and we all expressed our own views. It began to get a little heated and my friend asked that we stop so that he could concentrate on the on-hands driving exercise. As we walked outside I was asked if I’d like to go and I did. After a few blocks Mr. Boutelle again began to talk politics and at first my friend and I just listened. I could tell my friend had had enough and ask Mr. Boutelle again to stop.

My friend is a Hemiplegic and hadn’t driven a car in six years. I began to feel my life was being placed in danger as Mr. Boutelle taunted my friend as he tried to concentrate on driving.

I feel this is another prime example of the how outrageous Donny J’s followers have become. Empowered, malicious, and with no regard for people that disagree on political issues.

Thankfully we made it back to the business without incident.

We are forever thankful to Mr. Frank Boutelle for teaching our son, Bryan, who has Autism how to drive! Our son passed his driving test and received his driver’s license at age 18 on a first try! Mr. Boutelle is very professional, systematic, and a great driving instructor. He worked really hard for about 6 months to teach our son driving in ways that he could understand. He simplified his teachings to fit our son’s understanding. We followed his recommendations as far as when our son would be ready to test at the DMV. Sure enough, he passed his driving test on a first try!
I highly recommend Mr. Frank Boutelle to anyone especially those with disability! I thank God for connecting us with Mr. Boutelle! He is truly a kind man who went above and beyond his means to help our son become more independent! Thank you so much Mr. Boutelle!
