I can't thank these therapists enough for how they've helped me. I completed a 4 week course a few months back focusing on learning emotional regulation & other skill building to help strengthen relationships and it really has been life changing. At least a few times a week I use these skills to navigate tricky situations and not only have these skills helped me, I've actually been able to help my loved ones too. I am so grateful for Chris and his team!

Catherine Tucker, hands down has been the most unprofessional experience in therapy I've had. Any therapist that sees it as OK to discuss not only their feelings on politics but ALSO be OK sharing other patients personal information needs to be removed from the field. Disgusting example of therapy. Just one more problem with people in todays society.
