I would highly recommend Grow Through Life Counseling because of the exceptional leadership from the owner Kara Kohnan. Her team of counselors and therapists are the best in the industry. It's nice that they have locations throughout San Diego County and provide Telehealth services. Give them a call to set up an appointment.
