Quality of their service is below average. They missed several easy to spot items in the home inspections. Not sure how they are getting glowing review from others. If you are a home buyer, I do not recommend them for you.

I recently did a home inspection before buying a house with this team. On the day of moving-in, I found there is a bad leak and it was not caught by the inspector. You can see how bad is the leak by the image attached. I paid almost a thousand dollar for a full service and I expected to get a good service, but not happening with this team. The bad thing is now you can not trust any other inspection that they completed, I am unsure if there are more serious issues with the house that the inspection didn't catch this.

Steve did a fabulous job for my clients. As a real estate professional it’s important to have great options for my clients to choose from when they are looking for a home inspection company. Steve showed up early, was very thorough and did a nice job of explaining the deficiencies of the property. He also did their sewer inspection and mold inspection. Green Valley Inspection was amazing. They were on time. Extremely thorough. Checked things I would have never even thought of. Had my report ready within 24 hours. Pictures of everything. I would highly recommend everyone there. From Lacy answering the phone and scheduling the appointment to the inspector showing up completely professional and above and beyond great customer service. This company is great.

Our inspector Steve was great! He was very professional and efficient. He made sure to explain possible issues and hazards throughout the inspection and summarized key observations at the end of the inspection again. The report was very detailed and completed that night. Would definitely recommend and will be using them in the future.

He took his time carefully inspecting every detail of the home we potentially may buy. Made sure to explain everything to me with detail. His parents did an awesome job raising him, because his manners were top notch as well.
Wonderful service all around. The CEO, Eric, also did a great job communicating with our realtor, touching bases often with Nick during the whole process.
Eric was easy to reach, fast at responding and my report was provided same day in only a matter of hours. The report comes with images for every comment made. Quality inspection forsure !

Had an inspection on a property that we’re considering purchasing. Our inspector was really nice, and very thorough. He took his time to note any and all concerns around the property. Thanks to that inspection, we will be able to avoid any “surprise” expenses. Not to mention that they provide warranties (roof, appliances, sewer, etc.) with the inspection. And for an additional fee we were given the option to purchase a 15 month home warranty.

Green Valley was very communicative and polite in every transaction. They were thorough and quick to return our report. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for home inspection services.
