I have mixed feelings. I think it's great for those who qualify. However, I just wasted my time attending the info session. The facilitator should let attendees know in the beginning that certain programs aren't available instead of waiting until after the presentation. Also, Goodwill is not paying for class. You either have to be on SNAP, live in a certain area code (for the Author Blank Foundation), or get funding through WIOA. You can apply for the latter without having to go through Goodwill. But Goodwill can still be a good resource for other things

They don’t answer the phone I’ve been calling for 2 days straight. I finally got to go in and speak with someone and did not like my experience. Clearly someone did not want to help me and decided to say so in another language. It’s your job! So I left

I love shopping at the Goodwill stores but the only thing that I don't like is that they never have to much for big girls, ever.
