Gvp is an inspiring school that supports adolescent refugee girls. The teachers, staff and volunteers provide a wholistic education supporting the girls academically, in English language and literacy and social and emotional wellness. This support continues after they graduate and move on to high school through a dedicated 1-1 mentoring program. I have volunteered at the school over 14 years and look forward to my time there each week.
