I went about six years ago and it changed my life. Considering going again for other personal reasons. I saw other reviews about receptionist being rude. Eve who answered the phone when I called the other day was very helpful and polite.

Called to inquire about available counseling times and the person that answered that phone was extremely rude. People don't call counseling office just to call. You never know the place that people are in. With that being said you work for a counseling office and to talk to people the way she did me is no ok. Please invest your money elsewhere where you will treated with dignity.

I agree with the review below me. I called yesterday and Darlene answered and was very rude. I didn’t think much of it because hey, people have bad days. I called again today and Darlene answered again and was even worse. She makes me not even want to come in. Not welcoming at all.
