Chris and Jeff from Free Ride deserve the highest praise for their exceptional service. When I left behind a bag containing my phone, laptop, and other valuables on one of their buses, they sprang into action with care and genuine concern. Thanks to their dedication, they quickly recovered my belongings and returned them to me. Their outstanding service and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. They used to have an app for tracking the busses. Now they have some kind of crowdsourced tracker that sucks. WHERE IS THE BUS!?! The transit app ruined this wonderful service.

These drivers are the most hard working and nicest people in town. I have lived here for almost a year and have never had a bad time when I’m riding on the bus. I rode with Rachel the other day and she could not have been nicer. She greets everyone with a smile!

The people leaving bad reviews on here either don't know how to work a phone or don’t understand that traffic, construction, or people jaywalking can cause delays.

If you have a driver that might be in a bad mood its probably because someone drove their car in the horseshoe in front of Breck station. They really do not like that.

Great public transportation system, bus drivers are super helpful if you aren’t sure which one to take which seemed to be a pretty common occurrence here. Right on time, clean, comfortable and safe. Lots of room if you have luggage or your ski/snowboard.

Public transport is very good and always on time at least in the mornings, Jim is the best driver, He is not only a good driver, he cares about the people who use the daily transportation service, he learns our names, where we are going and where we come from, He also makes an effort to connect with the Spanish-speaking community, improving his Spanish day by day. I don't think he knows the positive impact he has on our lives, thank you very much Jim for doing so much more than just your job.

Worse drivers in the COUNTRY! This is from a traveler. NONE of the drivers know their routes or any directions at all. I'm shocked they were able to drive at ALL! Do yall only hire snow bums who only care about skiing? Maybe hire some pros who know what they're doing.
