I started seeing Nicholas Terry at Foundations Counseling last December. I have had nothing but great experiences with both Nicholas and Foundations Counseling in general since starting. Getting established was quick and easy and the staff I've interacted with is always pleasant, friendly and welcoming. I've seen other counselors in the past but since finding Nicholas and Foundations Counseling, I likely will never go elsewhere. I highly recommend them!

Wade has been very supportive of my journey. He has challenged me when needed. He listens and helps me work through my struggles and guides me to finding my own answers. I would highly recommend Foundations.

We love Heidi Kalak at Foundations counseling. She is excellent with the whole family, and is empathetic, caring, warm and non-judgmental. My 7 year old responds well to her and we have made much progress with his anxiety. Highly recommend, especially for anxious kiddos.

Nicholas is one of the best counselors I've had. He is kind, friendly, and understands how to really get to the heart of an issue. Only two sessions in and I've had some amazing realizations and breakthroughs.

Unprofessional! They have a turnover for their front desk receptionist. They do not take insurance. Clients are more of a paycheck and number. They are all about getting you scheduled and call you evenings and weekends to schedule. But if have a concern, or issue they only communicate through email- 8-5. If have issue they pawn you off and have you try another counselor. They do double sessions without asking you. And your out of pocket cost 280.00 for those. And they charge you right away. I would not recommend.

We've all lost someone nearest and dearest to us and some handle it better than others but I kept everything in and when it finally came out, it wasn't pretty. Luckily for me, I had some good friends and realized I needed help. My buddy referred me Foundations and they helped me get my life back in order. I now have a job I love, have made some new friends and life no longer feels like a dark and lonely place. All I can say is, From the bottom of my heart, Thank You.
