Ive been coming now for a little over a month and taken multiple classes with different instructors and am hooked. Each instructor will challenge you in a different way and give you a full body workout every time. In one month I feel stronger and more confident in my body. I’ve also done private lessons for if you prefer one on one. Jamaica has done a great job of creating a welcoming environment for any fitness level.

I just had my first class here this morning and absolutely loved it! I've done kickboxing in the past but there never really was a huge focus on technique so I would get little injuries all the time. This class specifically (TKO) was all about the technique which I appreciated so much! Cory was a fantastic instructor: great energy and thorough with his explanations. And a huge "thank you" to Jamaica for making me feel so welcome! I'm so excited to take the other classes they offer! 🙂

After taking one class at this studio, it was immediately apparent why Fly Kickboxing has gobs of 5-star reviews. The workout is challenging but incredibly fun at the same time. More importantly, Jamaica and Tom are two of the most friendly, kind and positive people I have ever met. They create a community of like minded peeps that are a blast to be around 👍👍

Great classes and instruction. The owners and instructors are wonderful people and treat everyone like a personal training client. Best kickboxing studio in Denver. Skills, endurance/conditioning, and strength have all improved a lot in the last year due to Fly Kickboxing.

Awesome workout! All of the coaches are super positive and encouraging while offering a challenging workout. I love the online classes as well as the on demand classes whenever it fits in my schedule. I can get a great workout at anytime, with or without a heavy bag. Fly has been a key part of maintaining my health during the pandemic!!

Had my second class with Miss Jamaica and I must say it was very fun, positive, motivating and a sweat burner. I was sweating within the first 15min of the class. She is a awesome teacher and really good at pushing you to reach your own goal. All together I’ve have done a week so far and I absolutely love it and don’t see myself quitting no time soon. Everyone is always out going and friendly they push you when you don’t fill like pushing yourself. If your ready to loss some weight and have a good time doing it this is the place...

Coach Dylan brings a great new class experience to Fly! Full of movement and fun combos, it's a great workout. You can't go wrong with any instructor, but it's nice to have such a diverse set of Coaches to keep every workout fresh. Glad he's in the mix!
