Learning here is fun and they provide the necessary tools to help you pass the exam. However, trying to get in touch with someone over the phone is a nightmare as they do not answer. It is impossible to obtain any records if you are unable to speak with someone.

I am currently attending this agency/school for phlebotomy certification. I can see why this agency has great reviews! The teacher Ms. Robinson is very serious about her teaching skills, and she is a very educated wise woman from my observations and truly cares about her students passing their exams, and being proud of her students as well. Yes you will have homework to do for sure but that is with any school. I enjoy the worksheets and our lab time.

This place is amazing! The teachers are highly knowledgeable and make you feel like family from the moment you met them. I loved the transparency that not only the instructors offered, but the program itself. The program is book reading and hands on. The exams are not too difficult, yet will ensure that you wholeheartedly known the material. I was able to obtain both my state and national CMA certification thanks to this agency. Overall, if you're looking to earn the certifications being offered through First Step Health Agency, look no further. This is an awesome facility!

Mrs. Robinson was my teacher & oh my I loved it, and I loved every part of it. She made teaching fun, she made sure we had all our sticks, she even offered herself to me & other students to make sure we got all our sticks & I appreciate that so much

Recommend! First Step really helped me change my life. The instructors are fantastic. Ms. Sheila, Ms. Robinson, and Ms. Seldon are very knowledgeable. They will also help you however they can and want to see you succeed. The courses are accelerated so be prepared to move and learn quickly. Earn a chance to move forward with a clinical site. Payment options available, great work and study area, clean lab, great classroom instruction. This little school doesn't get enough recognition. So glad I found it!

I love the staff. My instructor Mrs. Robinson was a wonderful teacher and she got the class very prepared for the Nationals and the workforce. They are like family there. I would really recommend this place. I had a great experience and i'd do it all over again if i had to.

It's very fast paced but the instructors are incredible. The people who teach here really care about thier students and really go above and beyond. They've stayed late to help students and make sure they understood the content and try to prepare you with the full knowledge you need to succeed. The ladies who work here do a phenomenal job and I am very glad I took classes here. It is fast paced, you have to work for your grades but it is worth it because of the knowledge you attain, you will feel prepared when you look for a job.

If you're interested in a different career path, the medical field, the name says it all. I stepped out on faith with First Step and I don't regret it. My instructor Mrs. Robinson is about her business. It's fast paced but you can't fail because she and all the instructors WILL NOT let you fail. I've learned more than I thought I could. After the first day it's hard to doubt yourself. The material is easy but you do have to study, you have to want it. THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! Thank you all for all you do.
