Stay away from this firm. Michele Feliz forgot to file my family’s taxes which I found out about 3 years later and now have to deal with huge fines. Michele is taking zero responsibility for her act and is not answering my email or calls and not doing anything to fix this. When I found out that my taxes weren’t filed I called Michele and asked her to send me electronic confirmation on filing the taxes. She sent me one and hid the truth. When I looked at the document I saw that she only filed it when I asked her about it 3 years later. I gave her several months to fix this. Instead she completely disappeared and not answering any calls or emails. The next step is court. This is very bad business! Stay away.

Michele is absolutely fantastic to work with! You may be able to find a good accountant, and you may be able to find someone that really cares about their clients... it's just rare that you find both qualities in 1 person. Michele is just that! She has really gone above and beyond and also makes it clear that she cares. I would strongly suggest her to anyone!
