Super unhelpful staff - clearly needed help carrying in boxes and staff pretended they couldn’t see me. Had to ask for a dolly and no one helped as I made multiple trips - they just stood around watching, eyes like glazed donuts. When I got to the front of the line, they told me I needed to buy extra packing materials that I didn’t need, bc my boxes were already well packed. I was shipping custom branded hand sanitizers, and they told me “we don’t do that here” “that’s hazardous” “you have to call the corporate office” not offering to connect me with an agent or someone off site who could help. Terrible experience.

I bring the original box of Sephora to return ,the. They tell me it too empty to ship ,they refuse to ship only if I buy the paper from the store ,wtf? That is the first time I do free return still need to buy something,the service in there is so bad,they just want u to buy something from their store than they can service to u!!

We often came to FedEx shipping office for sending packages making copies buying items for we need to shipping or tapes or other items. We came enlarge a picture of mom they did a good job on it. The price was good to enlarge the photo and service was good Wesley who help us was great we thank him.

I called with a time sensitive request to print brochures for my class final. Lily answered the phone and stayed with me as I figured out how to email the pdf. By the time I arrived she had a sample ready for me that looked great. She worked to ensure they were the highest quality. Lily was so helpful, friendly and efficient!

Prices were a little steep but I was in a pinch and it was well worth it.

Walked in to ship my old phone for trade in value as instructed by Samsung. Brought the same box fed ex used to deliver my new phone and an external battery. Before I even get to the counter for assistance, one of the girls working there tells me I can't use that box to ship because it has a sticker detailing the contents of the box which they are not allowed to ship there. Apparently the sticker was for the external battery - fair enough. However, I am not shipping the external battery, I am only shipping an old phone. I physically show her that there is only a phone in the box but she did not allow me to simply remove the sticker and ship my package. $12 if I wanted to buy a box from them. Ridiculous. Shipped the package somewhere else for free with no problems.

I went in to buy paper and print everything by myself as I have always done. I asked for the paper I wanted then I was told they will print for me. They printed everything while i was there and was told there was a $17 fee for same day service. I know how print and have never complained about printing myself before. But being asked to pay an extra $17 on top of the $50 was too much since I went in to print myself and not have them print myself. I realized once I left and thought about it how messed up it was and called to give my grievance about Michelle R. When I called they hung up on me.

When you come and ask for help the people here do the bare minimum. They’d rather be talking to each other and dust books than help. I asked to get simple help and the associate Carla said it was self explanatory and walked away. Clearly if I’m asking for help this wasn’t it. The assistant manager walked over and never apologized for how this associated acted. RUDE !
