I just came to this location 03/10/2023, to start the outside of the building is dirty, to get in didn’t have instructions because is locked, I try calling the suite number and they directed me to a call the same if i call from my phone to the clinic but no one pick up i get in because a gentleman get out I try to use the elevator and take for ever i get in the clinic and the lady at the desk marle or something like that was rude saying my kid appointment was cancelled and they try to call me but my voicemail was full it’s not true I don’t have any missing calls is the second time they cancel this appointment for councilor for my kiddo and the only answer was the only thing I can do is reschedule when i been waiting for this appointment more then 6 months, i ask her to schedule in other clinic and she insists to reschedule at the same one, i ask for a therapist who speaks Spanish for my kiddo and she said i don’t have way to see if the doctor speak Spanish when this morning i make an appointment for my other kiddos with someone who speak Spanish and the lady on the phone was able to see if the doctor speak that language lol if the people you guys hire don’t have the correct training or didn’t like their job’s it’s not our problem but please hire staff with ethics and who have love for customer service’s.
By the way the elevator stinks really bad
And if i give you guys one star to this location is because i can’t give less.

This was a very good place to take my daughter to see both a child's psychiatrist and a child's counselor to help her through some difficult life adjustments. The staff are caring, in my experience. I think my approach has always been to focus on getting to the appointments on-time, and it as always worked out for my daughter.

I’ve never visited this location before, and when I called over the phone to this location, the receptionist by the name of Stephanie was really rude, wouldn’t let me finish on what I had to say multiple times. If you’re a receptionist this is a skill you might NEED for someone who’s answering the phone with patients all day. Did not appreciate her rudeness.
