I absolutely love Family Care Center! Not only do they make you feel welcomed every time you come in but they also treat you as if you are in a small private practice. The providers and MA techs put massive effort into patient care and they go above and beyond to make sure patients are getting prompt and proper care. Both of the front desk staff members Nola and Pamela are always warm and kind when welcoming you into the office. You can tell that the medical staff members are happy and treated well within the practice as well as chosen for the position because they put patient care first every time. I actively recommend coworkers, friends, and family often to go here for their mental health needs based on my excellent experiences I’ve had with them. I have been going to them for over two years and will continue to do so for my mental health needs.

I am shocked this location has 5 star review. We have been with the clinic for a couple a months and I have never been more frustrated. Our provider has been great except for communication. This office is extremely hard to get a hold of. I thought maybe it was a one time occurrence; however, here we go again trying to get my child's medication refilled. When you are dealing with controlled substances and it takes 3 plus days to hear back from anyone is unacceptable. The only reason I have talked to someone is because I call multiple times a day praying I will not talk to an answering machine. I have even tried using the portal and zero success. Another office had to help me out on a Friday evening (after reaching out on Tuesday trying to be proactive and still nothing from my office) since my kid was out of his medication and I was desperate. They couldn't even get a hold of anyone at the Interquest location!

As a parent - I wouldn't.

My teenager has been in a rescheduling loop - on the day of a telehealth appointment - with a 3-week slip every time and a no-show by the therapist to boot. They make NO effort to show up for appointments, to accommodate school time windows or even pretend to care about the behavioral health of their patients. Prescribed weekly visits for 13 weeks, but we've had two sessions over 6 months...doesn't do much to alleviate anxiety.
Their approach to business seems to be very therapist-centric and not very client-friendly.

I wish I could review the actual quality of service here, but I haven't really had a chance to experience it outside of the initial appointment (which was much less than stellar, but not the source of my current angst).

I'm changing to another provider that will hopefully have some concern for their client. I'd recommend you try to call them to schedule something - just once - before even considering them as an option.

I would highly recommend them. They are so helpful, kind, caring and they heard my needs and worked toward goals to help me get better, and feel better. I was called back quickly after my first inquiry. That was shocking because that rarely happens these days.

I’ve gone through many therapists and Jenna and Meghan are the BEST therapist I have ever had! They make me feel seen and helps me dive deep so we can both understand. They are very comforting and kind and helping me love myself through the chaos and trauma! I went there in crisis mode recently and they did an amazing job making sure I was okay

Family Care Center inquest office has been laying a foundation Health for well over a year. I find the professionals here kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They know what they’re doing and do it extremely well! I will keep coming back!
