I have been to Dr. Maul several times and I have had no issues, i have had very professional service. I have done in person and also zoom. I would highly recommend Dr. Maul.

My husband and I have only been going here 5 months and 4 out of those 5 appointments were rescheduled. We drove almost an hour in traffic to get to our appointment this afternoon, only to be told that the doctor isn’t there and our appointment was next week when we had an appointment card confirming it was today. We’ve gone over a week without our medications more than once. Everytime I had to call the front desk to explain to them that since we are prescribed narcotics that our prescriptions could not be called in, that we needed a paper prescription, I was given the run around.

If I could give zero stars I would. They are rude. The "therapist" forgot my appointments. Called me to ask for when my appointment is. Then was late calling me for my appointment. She didn't help me at all. She forgot my next appointment and never called me again. Don't recommend this place.

This place is unprofessional and rude. Communication with this office is awful. The service is trash. I had to find my son a new therapist because of the inconsistencies of this place. Dr.Maul seems to just be money hungry. I really wish I could give this place zero stars

I was sent into a panic attack during a call with their therapist and dr.maul never followed up with my complaint when I did he said he said made a note and that is all that will be done. I have report DR.maul and the therapist to their licensing board and I recommend that everyone that had an issue do the same. They should not be counseling anyone!!!!!!

Canceled appointment and just Dr Maul not being there when he wanted us to schedule 8pm family sessions. Neither of the kids really want to open up to him. And at one point he told me in order to help my teenager that I need to try and get guardianship of one of her friends by calling DFCS.

You were supposed to be helping my grandkids, but instead the counselor sided with the dad and would not let me attend the meeting and she only wrote done what the dad was saying and not the victim
