I loved this office everyone was what a medical office should be, starting from the first front desk girl that helped me, to the sweet nurse that helped me, to the physician that helped me. I worked Customer service for 20 years and I know Customer Service and when I went to this doctors office everyone made me feel good. It had been a long time since I felt like that in a doctors office. Thank you for making me feel this way..❤️ if anyone is reading this, I highly highly recommend This doctors office and I give it a 10 out of 10 and if I didn’t say thank you thank you?

The office is very clean and well-organized. The staff are efficient and professional. Mindy Phan is a compassionate provider who gets the job done. Overall, I was impressed with their services.

They have a large, free parking lot.

My only complaint is that it can be very hard to get through on the phone! The phone wil play a recording that no one is available to take my call (during business hours), and worse I have been asked to hold & after 30 mins of holding the phone just hangs up on me after waiting all that time. Yesterday, I called because I had to dial 911 for an emergency the day before and needed to follow up with my Dr urgently about this. One of the receptionists said they would leave a message for my Dr but I never heard back and now cant reach the office. Please make improvements.

Aside from the unbelievably rude receptionists and a rude nurse, I’ve been off of my medication for over a week trying to get ahold of my doctor since last Tuesday because the wrong dose and medication was sent over to my pharmacy. I left countless voicemails for the Fountain Valley office and left about 6 messages with receptionists that did answer and did not hear back. I went in person to a different location on Thursday and was told I’d hear back Friday, I did not. On Monday, I get a text about a telehealth appointment that I never scheduled during my work hours but thankfully, I was able to clear it with my supervisor to take my break early so I could answer the call since this was obviously a very urgent situation for me. During our call, I got 0 acknowledgment of the error or the time in which it took to get back to me. No care or concern for the fact that I’ve been off my psych meds for over a week now either. She told me the medication she prescribed and the one I’m on is the same (it’s not) and casually said she’d send more so I can take my regular dose. After we got off the phone, she still ended up sending the wrong dose (450mg instead of 150mg 3 times daily) which is a problem because the pharmacy doesn’t carry 450mg, so I have to wait even longer now. I tried to call back and got voicemail again 3 times now. I switched my PCP just now, so I genuinely won’t have to deal with this ever again but this place is such a disgrace and I don’t want other people to go through the same thing I did because this has been a total nightmare.
Communication is a -10.

I have been given top service by this clinic especially from Josie Lopez. She makes a difference in the clinic and shows such great professionalism to the max. She goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is addressed.

I love the office in FV where I am seen by Dr. Mindy Pham. The staff is pretty great too, they are always polite and helpful which shows that they work in a positive environment. It’s also clean and tidy every time I’ve been there. Thanks Dr. Mindy and staff for helping me with referrals and anything else I need.

This Optum PCP Medical network provider will INTENTIONALLY neglect your medical needs. Even trying to get a call back is an absolute NIGHTMARE. Do yourself a favor, AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! They will have no problem leaving you for dead. I wouldn’t be surprised if people randomly start suing this place for malpractice and utter complete negligence!

Every visit to FTOC is a positive experience. They address any needs I have and getting appointments in a timely manor doesn't seem to be a problem. Providers and staff are courteous and helpful. As well as keeping me informed on screenings I should have. Thx FTOC happy to be a patient.
