When you already feel awful from being sick,they don't listen to your concerns. The nurse walks out with a hideous attitude,then the PA-C comes in and tries to push the same tests you already DECLINED! I'm going elsewhere for care. There is a reason the community calls it FAIRCHANCE, instead of FAIRCHILD.

I recently had emergency open heart surgery, in Central California. I was visiting the area and started having chest pain. I went to the clinic. Then to the ER. Took my blood said all is good, you can go home. Few hours later, started having serious chest pain. This time a friend took me to Medford. Come to find out after they checked my blood. I had 33% of blood and needed a blood transfusion and earlier at the Yreka hospital. I did have a heart attack.They really messed up. I here it happens alot.

I absolutely love the pediatrics. The only reason this place does not get a 5 star from me is because they have one downfall and that is their urgent care. I made an appointment for 2 of my kids and of course I knew one of my kids were not going to be seen because he made us late for his appointment I had wrote down the time that both kids were supposed to be there and was told to bring both kids at 4:30 so I did then when I get there I was told one of them was for 3:45 not 4:45 which is BS, instead of seeing at least one of them that was there before their time of appointment (4:45) they mark both children no shows and would not see neither one of them Pediatrics is great, but urgent care is trash, I bet its because instead of doing their damn job it was almost time to close so they didnt want to waste their time doing their job seeing a patient. Thanks "doctors" for showing we say we care about our patients but wont see them. Its places like this that give others bad names. I've seen the hospital reviews mind you I post on my personal experiences so I understand their posts but really mind you we were only 5 mins late for the appointment we got there at 4:35. Minds well just go down to the hospital or somewhere else like Mt. Shasta or in Sothern Oregon.

Fairchild requires all doctors to only give patients only 15 minutes to go over there health concerns. They also will not allow patients to choose there own doctor. I was assigned a doctor and they refused to give me one of my own choosing. Worse yet I tried to advocate for my health by insisting on a certain health care provider, the manager and staff proceeded to gaslight me. I will go somewhere else. Fairchild has a horrible reputation anyway and are living up to it well.

I was surprised to find such great medical service at this rural clinic. I used the walk-in clinic recently and was extremely pleased to find competent medical personnel who addressed my medical issues in a timely manner. I would especially like to praise Jennie Hermant FNP for taking me seriously, answering all my questions thoroughly, and treating me like a valuable human being. Thank you!

dont go to fairchild if you want medical attention me and my family have had nothing but poor customer service ever since moving here 3 yrs. ago. looking for a family doctor now becuase my dad needs a wheelchair and we have waited over 2 months.
