I've been going to Bad Apple for two years after moving from wildside at fort Campbell. It's exactly what you want in training at an MMA gym. The rates are awesome (20$ off if you're ranger qualified). The people are extremely nice and humble and not just upfront. Joe and his wife are holistically awesome. I can ask her any questions about anything almost anytime. It's very easy to broaden in your specific combat sport because Joe and many other coaches blend in more useful skills to attribute in your focused sport. There's no membership dues if you don't show for X reason. I'm a single dad and was encouraged to bring my kid just to come train. Additionally Joe runs a kids class and my introverted child immediately took to him roaming the mat. If you struggle with depression demons or a lot of anger from general life stress or maybe like me you had a lot of friends who lost the fight with their internal demons they don't question you when you come in stuck in your head, but they see it. Russ specifically, an awesome an ridiculous mobile professor also works for wounded warriors and will get you where you need to be. It's heavily military family friendly. They train from 0530-2100. Lastly don't be discouraged rolling with anyone from 3/75 ranger battalion. They're super humble. Age, weight, conditioning nothing is an excuse not to try it.

Awesome gym for all levels. No matter what level you are, you will level up if you pay attention and actually want to learn a martial art. Coach Joe is a student of the game and is a professional that takes his job very seriously and it shows. The best gym in GA.

Great prices, Great gym, Great people. My son does the Jiu Jitsu and the teacher is seriously amazing. He is training & molding these kids into legendary fighters. Truly so fun and awesome to watch. These kids ADORE this place. My dad wanted to approve of who teaches my sons MMA because he was a black belt and competed all his life & he wanted them taught correctly!! so after a couple free trials and different gyms, he said he wont let my boys go see anyone else, only this gym! he loved these guys and what this place stood for and this gym really does have such a good heart. These are really good people and they run this gym like a family. When you walk into this gym, it feels like your in the right place. I wish this place nothing but success and greatness. You guys rock and have no idea how much of an impact you guys make on these kids lives for the better. Thank you guys for all you do. I recommend this gym 100%
