I was in to get glasses and I had a very good check up. Then I went to try on glasses found a pair I liked and proceeded to tell brenda that I wanted tint. She asked me if I wanted tint or sun glasses and I said tint. Through the process I ended up telling her 3 time that. Paid cash for my glasses and when I received my glasses no tint. So she ordered more lenses. Next ones had tint. She then proceeded to tell me they would cost more money. Which I didn't think was right. So I paid for original lenses and then I paid again for new lenses. So I guess if they mess up you pay the consequences. Not right in my book. Very unhappy customer. No return.

Have reached out at least twice, like they said to get things resolved.
But they keep coming up with all kinds of excuses why he did not receive his correct lenses that he asked for 3 times!! And the day he was there they were NOT busy, so there should of been no reason ,she (Brenda) didnt get it correct! And she even repeated back to him!! Asking if that's want he wanted! 3 times!

And we had to pay for glasees to start with and that should of covered cost of lenses, but then had to pay more for his tinted lenses that should of been done or included the 1st time ! Then husband called the manager ,Dakota to tell her about the issue of not getting tint . And that we had to pay more money but she didn't seem to care much!! Just kept saying people make mistakes,! That is true! But common sense and listening also comes into play as well!! And she clearly heard him 3 times!!!! Dakota also told husband she would bring it
up in training to her employees to be better listeners!! She clearly heard him cause she repeated it 3 TIMES!!!( they should already be trained anyway). And
she always was dodging the circumstances that happened! Which is so very wrong! Should not of had to pay for the second set of lenses with tint!! We should not have to cover up the employee,Brenda's mistake!! There are so many more better eye glass offices out there that would definitely not even let that happen in the first place!

A very positive visit… Dr was very kind and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and answered them. The front office staff were very helpful with helping me find a frame that was well fitting and flattering. My portion of the cost was extremely reasonable and I didn’t have to go into DesMoines!!
