I have purchased two properties through Shelley within the last year and a half and am so happy with both transactions. Shelley was fantastic! She was very responsive and knowledgeable about the area, the finances, the people, and worked with me to make sure I bought exactly what I wanted. It was so nice to work with someone who was not just interested in a commission. I had questions concerning financing another opportunity later and she gave me several names of local people to work with and they were great. Shelley loves this area and it shows in everything she does! I recommend Shelley wholeheartedly!

Way back in 2015, I first met Shelly Low. I bought my home in Pagosa Springs, after looking at many houses, with her driving me everywhere. My wife, Michelle, and I cannot say enough great things about Shelley Low. She was so much more than just our Realtor. As our Realtor though, she was of course fantastic.. guiding us through a home purchase, then managing our home rental and then ultimately handling our home sale. And another twist, she managed our rental and sold our home all while we were living in the Middle East!! But as I said, she was more than just a realtor, she was our friend and she looked after us like we were family. We quickly grew to rely on her skills and wisdom to the point we granted her full autonomy to make decisions re: our home and she never let us down. She actually did much more than never let us down, she saved us on numerous occasions. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy/sell in southern Colorado to contact Shelley. My wife, Dorothy, and I had the good fortune to hire Shelley Low to help us find and purchase our first home in Pagosa Springs. Coming in from out of town we set up an appointment with her on Valentine's Day weekend of 2011. Over a period of two days, Shelley must have shown us at least twenty homes. By the end of the weekend the three of us became good friends. By Monday, which was actually Valentine's Day, we signed a contract with Shelley's help and advice. By mid-April, we closed on our new home. When Shelley finds and sells anyone a new home the buyers can have confidence in her knowledge of the market and recommendations of the value of the properties. In short, if you are looking for real estate in Pagosa and the surrounding market, you just can't go wrong with Shelley Low.

Shelley Low helped us sell our Pagosa Ranch.
