I have seen Kendra Davis as a patient and am very grateful for the growing experiences she has helped me with. Kendra provides professional, educated resources, using so many gifts, strategies, and tools to help guide myself with issues I have had difficulties overcoming by myself. Kendra is truly amazing! I, like many others in this world, had some chaos with COVID affecting my mental health and personal life which she supported me through! She is super attentive and helped guide the conversation when I would go on long tangents and get back to what mattered to me most! Most importantly for someone with anxiety about being late/inconsistent schedules with work, Kendra was very flexible to help me get seen consistently and I never had to worry about her cancelling last minute on me. I had a therapist in the past that had me discouraged and closed off from talking about what was going on in my life but Kendra made it so easy, inviting and encouraging for me! She is truly an amazing therapist and I recommend her with every bit of my being! She gave me truly helpful and supportive tools to regulate difficult situations, emotions and the ability to comfortably express my boundaries with others. I also had EMDR therapy with Kendra and I noticed a big difference in my response to those traumas being brought up now compared to before I was seen! Thank you Kendra for everything!
