Sometimes, problems arise because we have too many options. Like filters for our photos or satellite television channels: even our options have options.

Michael Evans is a champion for focused self-directed healing. He consistently provides a skeleton structure with a clear mirror of purpose. In this context, I can develop skills necessary for me to be in relationships that promote the privilege of being vulnerable in order to be known and to grow love.

I respect Mr. Evans, not only as a personal therapist, but also as a professional mentor. He has taught me how to be present, how to feel my emotions without cratering, how to assess my needs, and how to ask for what I want. I can hardly imagine how different my life might have been if I learned these relationship skills earlier!

Who waits until their car breaks down to do maintenance? Same with therapy. For me, it’s a safe space to be accountable, stay focused and learn new ideas and practices. Like fuel and scheduled maintenance for the engine of my life. I highly recommend the process, and I definitely recommend Michael Evans.
