I appreciate Eric sales coaching style. He first works the mindset aspect, help me understand that I'm worth, and a lot that hold us back is the story we tell to ourselves, so if we lack confident on something, we have to change that story and take action by constantly practicing or doing repetition. That combination will result in predictable outcome that we will get better and that as well will help us build confidence.
Also, rather than using arm twisting techniques, Eric approaches sales as providing services and instead of using authority, we can be leaders by using influence, but in a positive way, to help people move to the next step to find the solution to their problem.
