These are the best realtors and the best team I have worked with, not just in Pagosa but EVER. I'm in the residential mortgage business and was absolutely stunned at the service provided by Lauri Heraty and her team. Lauri is not looking to just "make a sale" but actually takes the time to listen and understand your real estate needs. She saw potential in a fixer-upper that I was able to resale at a great profit and has actually turned us off more expensive properties because it was not the best fit for our needs, being "out-of-towners".
