As a mid 20's guy I came into Dondi's counseling office about needing help navigating through some baggage from family issues past relationships. Even as a seminary student I was skeptical about Christian counseling because I didn't want the "cookie cutter" answers, I was praying for a unique depth of perspective. My sessions with Dondi have been so helpful to sorting out emotions and burdens. The "homework" she gives has relevant and realistic to my context and extends the healing process beyond the scope of my one hour session.
I could not recommend Dondi enough. Whenever someone tells me they're considering counseling (which happens more than you might think) I always tell them about my postivie experience as Dondi's client.

My husband and I started seeing Dondi shortly before we got married. We had a lot to bring to the table and we needed some solid guidance and counsel. When we started we let Dondi know all that we were about to embark on, two recovering alcoholics, both divorced, 3 (almost teenagers) each, and a passion to love and serve God. We told Dondi we needed her to bring her A game, and did she ever!
We thought that by the time we were married in June of 2018 we'd be all set. As it turns out we got so much more out of our counseling than we ever thought we needed. Dondi helped us learn how to have our own voices, communicate clearly, uncover and mitigate fears and obstacles and how to grow closer together ever keeping God at the center of our marriage. Dondi is an amazing listener, teacher and counselor. She taught us how to love and live with imperfections and love each-other where we are.

Dondi and Bri are both wonderful! As a therapist, I am very choosy about who I refer people to, but I trust these two wholeheartedly. In our professional community, they are known for their ability to balance compassion and warmth with expertise, ultimately resulting in a client experience of beauty, adventure, peace, freedom, and transformation. While these two are both very effective from a clinical standpoint, what I appreciate about them most is their humility, connectedness, and reliance upon God: the ultimate source of healing. They are both expert at allowing Him to work through them to accomplish more than we could ask or imagine.
