Shreya is a phenomenal PT! I was having serious shoulder pain and with her help setting up a routine and getting through her exercises, I was able to significantly reduce the pain and almost even eliminate it entirely! I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Shreya has been an amazing PT! She’s extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and really works around your schedule, needs and really thinks through how to best help you and will be with you every step of the way to really teach you all the exercises and ensure you are doing it properly and right. She really helped me through my back pain with sciatica and helped me work through the flare ups and I couldn’t be more grateful! Highly recommend Shreya!

I met with Shreya for an assessment after being fed up with recurring neck/shoulder pain, and how it was affecting my workouts. I’m convinced within 30 seconds she knew exactly what my issue was, but still patiently and thoroughly took me through the full assessment. She asked questions and offered advice not only about stretches and exercises, but about lifestyle habits, which made me feel like she cared about me as a whole person. Shreya is thoughtful, extremely knowledgeable, thorough and genuinely just a nice person! I’ve worked in her suggested exercises to my workout plan and do daily stretches at my desk and am very grateful to (FINALLY!) be pain free!

I recently did an evaluation with Shreya and it was absolutely wonderful. She not only walked through several exercises but she took time to explain the reasoning and process behind it - which puts so much in context. She was fun to work with, easy to work with, and her processes are organized and thought out.

I have experienced on and off knee pain for a couple years almost and have tried a bunch of different exercises but nothing really stuck.

Fast forward a month and I already see and feel deep improvements. 100% recommend.

All I can say is Wow. Dr. Shreya is the first physical therapist that actually “saw me”.
I’ve been weight training my whole life. As a result, I had some pretty intense low back pain that would seem to show up randomly. I’ve seen many physical therapists and massage therapists with no success. Often times in those scenarios I didn’t feel like anyone was truly listening to me, or was advocating well on my behalf.

After working with Dr.Shreya, I’m happy to say that I no longer experience this random back pain.She checked in on me often and held me accountable to my own success.
