We love Elite Team Woodlake!! Coaches David & Christina are awesome people! They really take the time to time to teach the proper form. Ms. Christina is great with kids and my kids have learned so much from the both of them! I highly recommend whether you’re a kid or an Adult, joining Jiu-Jitsu at Elite Team Woodlake!

My son has transformed immensely after training with Eliteteam. Watching him develop both mentally and physically has been amazing. I highly recommend their training regime, as can be seen, great Coaches, and fellow students motivating our community members regardless of age, thus living up the Elite Team these young men and women are.

Awesome place to bring the kids to learn jiujitsu and built confidence. I signed up my two kids for Spring Break camp and they loved it. My kids got in a workout and had fun learning judo and jiujitsu. David and Christina were awesome with the kids. I highly recommend Elite Team Woodlake!!
