The prices are exorbitant, whether they set the price or just manage the rentals they are driving up the rent average for the valley to amounts that surpass Denver and Springs, without any of the updated amenities or pet friendly rentals.

Eclipse property management has been great from the very beginning. They were very quick and responsive with my initial application and made sure that they communicated with me rapidly about the property I was applying for to make sure that I didn't miss the opportunity and worked with me around my work schedule. The maintenance text line was a dream come true and they were always quick and professional handling any and every issue that came up and that paired with the air filter replacement deliveries every 3 months was so much more than I could have imagined. Everyone at Eclipse has always been extremely understanding and willing to work with me and do whatever they could to make things easy and smooth and definitely have huge hearts! I have to give a personal and very huge shout out to Chuck Kelly! He has been more than amazing to work with and has renewed my faith in humanity. I had some personal health and financial issues and he has done everything in his power and more to make my transition as smooth as possible while showing me care and empathy that is hard to receive from most places nowadays. I appreciate that more than words can express. If you choose to not work with Eclipse Property Management you are going to be missing out in my opinion. They are wonderful, professional, understanding, warm, very efficient, always quick to respond and handle any issues and uphold very high standards at the properties they manage. Thank you Eclipse! 😁
