Absolutely loved my experience at Earth Yoga and Spa. We booked an hour of contrast therapy (infrared sauna and cold plunge). It was exquisite! Extremely clean, private, and fabulous! The cold plunge is COLD, so be prepared! Jessica was lovely and accommodating to our last minute schedule change. Highly recommend that you check this place out. We will be booking a session every time we’re in Joshua Tree! 🫶

What a great yoga studio! They have a bunch of different types of classes; truly feels like there’s something for everyone. The schedule varies throughout the week and teachers rotate. My schedule is kind of unpredictable, so I really love how many options there are for classes at different times of day. The studio is clean and large, all the mats and props seem brand new, and the vibes are pleasant. Every teacher was really welcoming to a new student. Also, excellent membership/first month deals. Plus, a gorgeous plant wall! (There’s also a spa area with saunas and plunge pools, though I haven’t tried it.) If you’re looking for a chill yoga spot while in Yucca, this is it!

I've been doing cold plunges/contrast therapy for awhile now so when I'm traveling I'm always looking for somewhere to get my "fix". It's hit or miss (usually miss) when I find something but this place was a HOME RUN. Top notch Revive acrylic cold plunge tub (I'm 6'4 and I fit easily), and Sunlighten Sauna. The Contrast Therapy room was spotlessly clean, and the ambiance of the room was perfectly dialed in too just making it an even greater experience. Not to be outdone, Jessica was super accommodating to my last second pop-in request. If I lived in the area I would definitely be visiting on a regular basis. A+++.

I love Earth, Yoga and spa! The teacher’s are wonderful and there is always someone there to great me each morning. I have learned so much!

The studio is a labor of love. Every time I walk through the door I feel the love and the unlimited possibilities.

Besides yoga there’s always other offerings! Infra red sauna or an invigorating plunge! Various workshops which make me hunger to learn more!

So if you’re looking for your inner yogi Earth, yoga and Spa could be your place!

I did the Contrast Therapy and it was AMAZING! Such a beautiful facility and the infared sauna and cold plunge (way colder that I had done before, quite a challenge) were both super clean and well maintained. I feel incredible! I will be coming back soon!
