My daughter started meeting with Mimi at the end of kindergarten. Mimi met with my daughter twice a week until the end of second grade. My daughter looked forward to her time with Mimi. She was engaged in learning with Mimi for the entire hour-long session. At the end of second grade, we took a break from tutoring.

In fifth grade, my daughter was in need of tutoring again as the complexity of school increased. She met with Mimi twice weekly through fifth grade. We stopped tutoring again after fifth grade.

Now, as she's entering seventh grade and is a super reader! Mimi has been an integral part of my daughter's success in reading and school. We know there may be a time when my daughter needs tutoring again and we are thankful to have Mimi as a resource.
