I went to see Dr. Drake in Aspen. I found her on a Google search. I’ve suffered with some back pain for many many months. Had injections in my back, etc. After seeing her two times I had experience zero pain for the first time and many many months. Not only is Dr. Drake, an excellent physician, but she has a caring way about her. I’ve seen her many times this past summer and for first time In a few years, I’ve never felt better.

I felt stronger and the pain lessened quite noticeably after the appointment. I have recommended her to several friends who are having issues with one body part of another. Dr. Jenn is a life changer — literally. I am a 70+ year old man who doesn’t want to or can’t accept that I’m not the same as I was 30 years ago. I have been staying very active despite three separate physical challenges and the pain resulting from them. I had a cervical disk fusion 40 years ago, and a less than successful hip surgery 20 years ago.

Since that time, I have dealt with the chronic pain at all times and sporadic flareups that would render me immobile for 3-4 days at a time. I have tried various pain management techniques with varying degrees of success. The most helpful was “standard” or “traditional” chiropractic.

Recently had the opportunity to spend three weeks in Aspen but had a significant flare up while there. So having researched all the chiropractors in the entire area, I made my way to Dr. Jenn.

She found time to see me the same day I called, so I hobbled over there. We discussed at length my medical history, what my activities were and my goals. We decided on the “soft” chiropractic (sorry, I don’t recall the actual name for her method) given both my pain levels and my concerns with having traditional manual adjustment, particularly given my cervical spine issues.

Within two treatments, I felt better than I had in years. But that’s not why I’m so enthusiastic about her and her treatments. We also used the laser therapy on my hip but the real clincher for me was its use on my surgical scar on my hip. It’s important for this review to note that it was an old old scar that is at least 8 inches long, replete with adhesions from the dozen or more stitches I had.

Within 5 treatments, Dr. Jenn and her laser therapy had “dissolved “ the adhesions and restored more movement in my hip joint than I had ever had since the surgery. As importantly, as the adhesions smoothed out, my chronic pain from them was significantly decreased.

It’s been two weeks since my return home but I am enjoying a life that is virtually pain free in a way that I had forgotten could exist.

I absolutely would recommend her to anyone reading this. She’s the best.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr drake not only did she help my mom with her arthritis as she was unable to close her had fully after 2 treatments my mom was able to fully close her hand after not being able to for 5 years. This light really works and I continue to use her for me after my foot surgery the pain has completely gone away and my scars are completely gone just 5 weeks after surgery. I truly believe in what she does I recommend anyone with pain/inflammation/ wounds from surgery or accident to just try 1 treatment and you will see what a difference it makes in one session with her.
