I got the opportunity to work with Dr.Ann for a weekend and really got to understand myself on a deeper level. What I really enjoyed was how comfortable Dr. Ann makes you feel, you feel safe, understood. It’s not your typical therapist visit. It’s an opportunity to go deep within if you allow yourself to. I came in that weekend with so many questions and confusion and left with a better understand and a better way of breaking down my actions and thoughts.
