My iPad was frozen and Apple could figure out the issue with support team and told me me to make appointment with the store. Walked into digital explain my issue. Within 10 mins issues was resolved. The people were extremely professional and super nice.

Evan, one of the owners, is amazing. And these guys know what they're doing when it comes to PC's, Apple, cyber security and the rest of it. My wife is migrating from her PC to her Mac, and the only person we trust to do this is Evan. Recently my laptop was hacked and locked down. I took it to Digitiqe. Iv'e had several great experiences here. Super knowledgable staff and a fair price and quick turn around on my Iphone screen replacement. Ive also gotten super helpful advice on software and software recommendations. You can tell the owners have a ton of experience and are in business for the long term. And saves a trip to the front range!!!

Evan lost/ stole my phone.

We were visiting Breck and I damaged my phone the morning we arrived. We were able to purchase a new phone and left the damaged one with Evan for repairs. Since we do not live in the area we trade numbers with Evan so he could call us and arrange a trip for us to get the phone once repaired. A few months later we had not heard anything. I called and left a message, nothing. My husband called and was able to speak with Evan who told him he didn't know where the phone was and he would call once he found it. I called again a week later as we had not be contacted. Evan was rude and seemed confused why I would be calling. He let me know the stores policy of only holding phones for 90 days (this of course was never mentioned when we dropped it off). I told Evan we looked forward to his call once he located the phone. It's been weeks and we have heard nothing.

I had a power issue with my I Phone and even though they could have sold me a new battery, Jordan determined that it was another issue.
He even made appointment for me at Apple Store in Denver to expedite repair process on the spot, and all for no charge in this case.

Second time taking my MacBook Pro here for an issue, this time for an entire screen replacement. Way faster then if I would have gone through apple, got my new screen ordered and put on in a week. Super nice staff, diagnosed the issue right away and has fair pricing.
