Very difficult to get in touch with. There's no front desk to call and the automated answering machine offers only 2 number options to choose from, both of which are dead ends. There isn't even an answering machine where you can leave a voicemail, the automated voice just says "this is not an option, goodbye" and hangs up on you even though you've clicked the number options they provide...This gives the appearance that 1. they don't care and 2. maybe this isn't a real therapy center. Not having someone to answer their phones or any way to get in touch with them is a huge red flag. Maybe try to NOT make getting mental health services more difficult than they already are? Just a thought...

We tried to use Denver Family Therapy Center to help a family member. The customer support and business practices were horrible. I still haven't received a response from the administration even after multiple attempts to contact management. I strongly recommend finding another place to help find mental health treatment.

When you call the practice, all you get is a voice mailbox. You cannot speak to an actual person. I've left 4 messages over the span of 2 weeks and have yet to receive a call back, though their answering machine promises a call back the same business day if your message is left between 8am and 5pm on weekdays.
