Deibert Park is more than a place—it’s a mindset reset.

From the moment you step onto the path, there’s a calm that wraps around you like armor. Whether you’re jogging through the shaded trails, training for a 5K, or just walking to breathe and think, the atmosphere invites clarity and focus.

It’s clean, quiet, and grounded in natural beauty. The ducks on the pond, the breeze through the trees, even the benches tucked into quiet corners—all of it makes Deibert feel like a sanctuary for the soul and the body.

I’ve used this park as my training ground, my therapy, and my place to reflect when life gets overwhelming. It’s where I prepare to fight, but also where I remember why I’m still standing.

Highly recommend it for anyone who needs movement, peace, or just a moment to hear yourself think.

Great park in Florence! The playgrounds are excellent and plenty of room and variety. Seems to be great for most ages as there are different difficulty levels of climbing and slides. We went early afternoon on a Monday and it was busy. I would imagine this place gets packed on the weekends and in the summertime.

I loved the trails around the ponds and that there was so much space. We saw tons of people with their dogs and it seems like a safe place to come and exercise if you’re alone.

We love this park! There are plenty of playground pieces to accommodate a decent sized crowd of kids. Some are geared towards older kids, some towards toddler sized. We enjoy having birthday parties at this park. There is also a footpath/track that is nice for exercise or walking pets. The scenery is gorgeous in almost any season, but our favorite time is spring and summer, when you can watch the turtles swim under the bridge.

Nice clean park with beautiful scenery.
It's a great place to bring children to play. There is lots of equipment to play on.
It's also a great place to go for a walk. It has a great little paved trail. A nice big pond with a gazebo. It has great views!
Bathrooms on site as well as covered picnic tables! Benches throughout the park.
There's even a little free library!

Love Deibert park! However, it could use some flowers. I really dislike the decision to cut down all of the beautiful natural growth around the ponds.

We loved visiting this place. Definitely want to make a trip back to it. Loved the trails and the ponds. Lots of space for picnics or flying kites or just watching the wildlife. Beautiful place.

Thoroughly enjoyed this place on a nice autumnal day. Safe, spacious, and something for everyone to do here. Amenities include ample parking and toilets. I was impressed with how manicured the place presented. Kudos to the caretakers.

Great open park with lots of walking paths. Paths are concrete and flat and smooth. Well maintained and safe. Open from dusk to dawn. Small ponds and creeks dot the landscape. Park office with very helpful staff.
