Coach Fauzia is such a fantastic coach! I love love love Fauzia and her mission. NOT ONLY does she give you the tools to help you build confidence and prevent attacks, she teaches you how to protect yourself if attacked. I LOVE that she does this for not only women, but children. Especially the way bullying occurs nowadays. Thank you Coach Fauzia!!

Coach Fauzia and her team are very helpful, understanding and empathetic. They also understand urgency and your unique situation. They are great about making accomodations and adapting as well; so you don't have to worry about a cookie cutter approach.

I went to a defense ninjas training as part of a work event. I had no idea what to expect (and frankly I wasn't looking forward to it) but I was blown away by how thorough and extensive the training was, and it was only an hour. I didn't know what I was missing in my life! I would absolutely recommend any of Fauzia's classes to literally anyone- from someone who thinks they don't need to know self defense to someone who thinks they know everything about it. You won't regret it!
