Daniel helped bring me back to life, kinda. I recently had knee surgery right before the holidays. Living alone with no family this side of the country was in a rough spot mentally, my diet devastated with take out, and then pulled my hamstring trying to rehab alone. I was referred to Daniel by a workmate and this was the moment things turned around FINALLY!!! He actually coached me out of my dark spot I was stuck in. With that new energy I'm back. Now we're working together on a wellness plan that actually has my sleep schedule normal after years of torture. Daniel cares deeply about his clients and guiding them to their higher selves. He comes to each session fully present and open to meet me however I show up. Daniel and I connected at exactly the right time for me, and with his guidance I've been able to envision and implement the goals I had had in mind, but not been able to put in play! My diet, sleep, daytime schedule, and stress levels had all been off for many years and I really needed help in becoming a more cohesive person. We met virtually about once a month over the course of a year and a half and had some of the most interesting conversations I've ever had, ranging from how to organize meal planning to global environmental issues, and many, many things in-between. Never said it was easy. The end of a dear romantic relationship left me questioning everything. Of course, terrible habits emerged and I needed outside help.
