Growing up, I always had this overwhelming sadness. I felt like there was something wrong with me. As a kid I was always sad. This carried on into my adulthood. I felt like I was never going to find peace or happiness. I was forced into therapy and found Daisy. At first, I was very hesitant and didn’t really want to do it. It made me uncomfortable wanting to share anything about my life to a complete stranger. But Daisy has such beautiful patience and worked with me. She never made me feel like I had to open up right away. It didn’t take long for me to realize that she was an angel sent from above to help me navigate through life. Because of her, I found the courage to keep going. To accomplish my goals and to believe in myself. I can finally say I am very happy and I never thought I would get to say that. I’ve been seeing Daisy for years and she is worth the investment. She truly cares and it shows. Thank you for all that you have done for me. I still carry your heart shaped rocked everywhere I go.

Daisy helped me through a difficult time and seeing her regularly brought my marriage back from the brink. For me, her super power was in helping me identify where boundaries needed to be placed, while, also seeing my partner’s side - which helped me better empathize with my partner. Also, she did this without ever meeting my partner through her incredible ability to ask the right questions to help me look at a problem in different ways, get deeper, and understand the core of the issue. Daisy is one of the best therapists I’ve seen, she’s not your ‘yes lady’, but she is incredibly kind in holding you accountable while also encouraging you to be kinder to yourself. She will help you get to that grounded and healthy place.
