This was probably the best birthday party we’ve done. Chris made everything easy, truck was amazing, and the kids had a fantastic time. I would mot be surprised if my boys choose to do this again next year for their birthdays. 10/10 experience.

If you have a gamer, THIS IS YOUR PARTY! They showed up on time, stayed in contact, super great with the kids and made sure EVERYONE at the party got a turn to game and play laser tag. We decided to do a game truck and laser tag party for our 9 year olds birthday party. You can tell these guys love their job and they are so good at it. Best birthday party by far! Can't wait to have another Cyber Game Truck party!!!! Thanks Rick & Chris

We did laser tag for my son's birthday and he said it was his "best party ever"! Chris was easy to work with to schedule our date and time, and also accommodating to possible weather challenges since we had an outdoor party (but thankfully it was a beautiful day). Chris' business partner, Rick, ran our party and Rick was great with the kids. Rick arrived early to ensure a smooth set up. He placed bunkers in our backyard and laid the taggers out on a table for the boys to be outfitted in their gear. Rick facilitated the laser tag play and the boys had a blast and were worn out after the hour. Rick took everything down once our time was up and we were able to go inside for cake to keep the party timing on track. We had a great experience with Cyber Game Truck and would recommend them!

CyberGameTruck is the best gaming truck in East Alabama. Chris and his team are exceptional in providing the best gaming and laser tag experience. The truck is state of the art, clean and spacious. Chris makes it easy to have a safe and fun event. My son was more than surprised for his 8th birthday party. We will be using CyberGameTruck again for our gaming events. Thank you Chris!

Chris and his team provide exceptional customer service! They were prompt and ready before start time. The gaming truck and laser tag are phenomenal! Our 8 year old and his friends could not get enough of everything inside! We were blown away by Chris’ commitment to ensure that safety and sanitation procedures were followed during our entire experience. “CyberGameTruck” is the way to go if you are looking for an awesome gaming truck party experience!!!

I hired this service on April 4th and Mr Payne asked me for a $250 deposit, my event was going to be on June 1st. On May 20th I sent him a message wanting to pay in full for the services, even thought my party was going to be on June 1st. Mr. Payne changed my grand total and added a 45 dollar tax fee, which I didn’t mind. The remaining balance was $141.00 that I agreed to paid and because of my dyslexia, I didn’t see the $1.00 so I sent $140. Mr. Payne got so offended about that $1.00 that was not send to him, so he cancelled the services and gave me my money back. He mentioned, “it’s all about the principle” He canceled the event of a child that was so happy to have the cyber truck in his party and that the invitations were printed saying that the cyber truck was going to be entertaining. I was devastated and as a parent I questioned and blamed myself. I called Mr. Payne many times and sent him messages apologizing, I knew I didn’t do anything wrong, I did it for my son. Mr. Payne never responded at all, even my husband called him and he never responded. Mr. Payne called my husband back the next day, but we already had another reliable, amazing game truck from Columbus. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNRELIABLE BUSINESS.
